the outside kitchen sink has always moved rather badly, instead of smoothly sliding in and out there was a decidedly jerky motion accompanied by grinding sounds. clearly the slides had to be replaced.

drilling out 12 rivets can’t be that hard, right? and then re-rivet the new slides i ordered from kk headquarters. except …

the slides were the wrong ones. ok, that was not really their fault, until i got the slides out i was not really able to give them the correct dimensions. they sent me the slides for the burner … anyway, new ones are on the way. then all will be simple, right?

same for the next project: replacing the water level sensor on the freshwater tanks. the rear one (120l) looks simple enough, it took half an hour to drop it.

but i have no idea how to get the middle one out. it looks like the van has been wrapped around it. i think i need to ask kkhq. let’s hope the answer it is not impossible …
