ok i mean mousse. and you can’t eat it either, but it’s a good idea to put some in your tires.<\/p>\n

it’s not a new invention, it’s been around for a few years, and it’s easy to see why.it’s really unpleasant to have a flat tyre on a ride. not as nasty say as a punctured engine case but not very nice either. in a race it’s even worse: first you loose time because the flat slows you down, then you got to take the wheel off and fix it and maybe loose even more time.<\/p>\n

with mousse you can’t get a flat; it’s basically a foam insert. great idea, not easy to install. good thing i now have a full set of the longest tyre irons you can imagine, and today i changed the front.<\/p>\n

it was not too bad really, took me maybe half an hour, and i think next time will be better still. it was, however, the first time i broke a real sweat changing tyres. honestly.<\/p>\n

and it would have been easier had i not pulled a tendon off my thumb last weekend. now i have a splint that i need to keep on for the next 8 weeks.<\/p>\n
