natalie, kris and i spent the last 2 weeks in melbourne. i had to go there on business, and the girls came along with me. as usual they saw more of the city than i (probably) ever will (we will post pictures in the coming days).
however, we had to cut our visit short when our neighbor / landlady called us wednesday morning with the rather bad news that she found our garage door open. a quick conversation revealed that the door was open for a reason.
missing in action: the 250f. 20 hours on the clock; i was just going to take her to the dealer for the mandatory health check. i guess i saved a few bucks there.
also gone: kris bike, a vt-2.
and the one that is the most painful for me:
my proceed.
we are insured, but that bike has been purpose built and i’m not even sure i’ll get these parts here in australia.
i hope whoever stole our stuff breaks some bones … in a very painful way.
